Pets allowed (max of 2 dogs) with a pet fee of $500. Additional dogs $100/each with approval.

Each stay requires a cleaning fee of $600 and a linen fee of $175

Summer rentals during June, July, and August are weekly from Saturday to Saturday with the nightly price at $1700.

Holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) including the days prior and after also run at $1700/night.

Fall, Winter, and Spring minimum stay is 2 nights. From October-April, the nightly rate ranges from $1000-$1100.

May and September are $1200/night.
